EAU DE LIT BY GUERLAIN
'Eau de Lit', or, in English, 'Water for the Bed', is a luxurious scent for your bed sheets and pillow linen. I discovered it when randomly browsing the perfume counters of Harrods, which Eau de Lit is exclusive to in the UK.
I know most of you prefer to have your bed sheets smelling of clean fabric softener, but let's face it: when you discover something as rare and luxurious and Eau de Lit, you just have to have it. Bergamot, Neroli, Orange Blossom and Star Anise is a lovely mix of fragrance notes that fits perfectly into the bedroom, and the pretty bottle is exactly what was missing on my bedside table. Marilyn only wore Chanel No 5 in bed. She should have tried covering herself with a huge double dune duvet smelling of Eau de Lit. Sweet dreams!
