I am sure most of you have heard of Minx: the solid, adhesive film that sticks to your nail when activated by heat, resulting in recognisable patterned or ultra metallic surfaces. This nail trend has been loved by most female celebrities in the world, but has not been easily accessible in all countries. Let me tell you: for us Norwegians, times are changing!
Norway is one of the countries where Minx has been harder to find. Another issue has been the cost. I remember an ex-colleague of mine minxing her nails in the popular metallic gold for something crazy like 1000 NOK, the equivalent of £110 (now, that is pretty bad value for money, considering Minx only lasts a couple of weeks) (although I have to say it did look pretty amazing)! But the good news is: as it is now becoming much more accessible, the prices go down. And at the same time, we get a greater choice of colours and patterns. Yay!
Call NeglAkademiet on +47 23 25 36 36 to find your nearest salon. The price for a full set is approx 550 NOK, whereas UK is slightly cheaper, around £40. Click here for UK salons offering Minx application.
