Last Thursday, 28 June, was a very special day. We were a group on Scandinavian and Baltic journalists and bloggers who were invited to the opening of the very spectacular, outdoor exhibition 'Northern Women in Chanel' - a collaboration between the French couture house and the visionary duo Peter Farago and Ingela Klemetz-Farago. It was 24 gorgeous hours from start to finish down by the sunny cliffs of Tjøme, Norway.

So sunny and so peaceful. You should definitely go see this exhibition here at 'World's End', it's up until 30 September.

All 28 photographs, 27 which are published in the coffee table book ´Northern Women in Chanel´, showcases Northern European top models wearing drop dead beautiful Chanel-couture. Here´s a link to the book. Profits from the sales goes to the organisation ´Save the Children´.

A few months ago I was the lucky make-up contributor to a fashion shoot with the photographic super team and the Norwegian supermodel Iselin Steiro. One of the most stunning photographs, shot in the same location, was chosen to be part of the exhibition. The rest will be published in a very nice fashion magazine very very soon! (blogpost soon to come!)

Ane from Chanel (right), and lucky me wearing my new sunnies, a gift from Chanel. :D

It was more than sunglasses waiting for me at the hotel room :D :D

Sitting on the dock of the bay, sun is shining, we're spoilt and life is pretty goood.

Yummy lunch. How did they know seafood was my favourite! ;)

My lovely ex-colleagues Mette Mortensen and Helene Polmar from Costume.

Melissa from Chanel and Mari from Mag.

Iselin Steiro and Jenny Sinkaberg, whom I got to make up for the event and TV-interviews.

Basically I am just making an already perfect diamond shine. Not much needed!

The nicest photo in the whole exhibition, in our opinion ;D And a great new opening photo for my portfolio. Yay!
Thank you, Chanel, for a perfect arrangement, and for a day that we will never forget!
